When was Epiphany founded?

Epiphany was founded in November 2008,  as Carmel’s first and only full-service bridal and special occasion boutique. We opened as a single store one block from Carmel's famed Ocean Avenue  and within one year expanded into the adjacent space where we were able to offer our brides their own cozy room to find their dream gown. 2023 marks our 15th year and we are as excited to continue to serve our local and California brides today as we were the day we opened. January 2020, we opened Epiphany’s 2nd location in San Luis Obispo.

What sets Epiphany apart from other bridal boutiques?

Epiphany was created with the Bride’s experience in mind. Shopping should be fun! At Epiphany,  we offer a no-pressure, warm and inviting environment. We welcome brides shopping on their own or with a large group. Appointments are recommended for bridal gown shopping.  We schedule a private 1 hour appointment just for you, the bride. This gives you the opportunity to try on many dresses. We have found that most brides will "say yes to the dress" within that time frame. Even those shopping for the first time. Epiphany Boutique is also unique in the fact that we offer custom alterations/accessories/service packages  with every gown purchased! Epiphany Brides have the exclusive option of incredible savings when purchasing their gown and dresses with us.

What is the price range of your bridal gowns?

With over 500 gowns IN STOCK at Epiphany, as well as hundreds more available to order, we have something for every budget. Gown prices range from $1500 – $6000. Our largest selection will be found in the $1800-2900price range. We also offer a large selection of sale gowns featured here. All our gowns are available for purchase directly from our large inventory. No waiting for your dream dress! Special orders are also available for additional sizes, colors and options. So whether your wedding is in 2 weeks or 2 years, we've got you covered.

What size gowns do you have in stock?

We carry gowns ranging in size 0-32. It’s our goal that you, the bride, are able to try on as many gowns as close to your size as possible. We do not have every gown in every size, but we are very proud of our size range and selection.

Is there a reservation charge for appointments?

No, there is no charge for a shopping appointment at Epiphany.  If you are unable to attend your reserved time, all we ask is that you call and let us know.  This allows us to open the time slot up to other brides that are on our wait list for high demand days (weekends, etc).  Appointments are scheduled for 1 hour and are available 7 days a week.

What Designer Collections do you offer?

Epiphany carries collections from several top designers.  Many of our designers have been with us since we opened in 2008 and we have developed wonderful working relationships with them.  This give us the unique opportunity to provide our brides exclusive trunk shows, rush shipments and previews of gowns before they are offered to the general public.

 STUDIO E DESIGNS is our newest vision at Epiphany! An exclusive to Epiphany collection of gowns, separates, veils and accessories. Designed and curated by Epiphany owner Christine Dilullo, we are thrilled to offer unique gowns, bridal separates gorgeous accessories, made to order veils and hard to find pieces for our brides. In addition, brides have the option to be their own designer and select their fabrics, laces and details to bring their own vision to life. You'll always know that no one will ever have a gown like yours!

Do you have any pictures of brides that you’ve worked with?

Definitely. You may see many of our brides.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Mastercard and Visa. We also accept personal checks (for deposits only) and cash.

Do you offer any payment plans?

Yes! All special orders require a deposit, ranging from 20-50%. The balance may be paid over time, with any open balance paid prior to picking up your gown or dress. Purchases made from our stock may be put on a “layaway” plan. You may speak to our stylists regarding our various payment options.
